What is your favourite meal to cook at home?
I absolutely love cooking for guests, and there’s nothing better than hosting a long, leisurely lunch or a relaxed dinner party. Lately I’ve been really into Middle Eastern–style dishes with homemade fl atbreads,
dips and generous sharing plates. Most of my mains are slow-cooked so I can spend more time with my guests, while I always finish with a decadent dessert.
Where do you buy your clothes/what are your favourite clothing labels right now?
I’m fortunate to split my time between London and Melbourne for work, and I like to invest in pieces that truly last. Rather than buying lots of items, I prefer to select one or two great pieces at a time. In Australia I gravitate towards Calibre, while in London I love exploring the ranges at Selfridges. My current favourite labels include Thom Browne, Calibre, AG and CP Company.
Where is your favourite place to dine?
ARU in Melbourne is defi nitely one of my top dining experiences, closely followed by Apollo in Potts Point. Both offer incredible service and beautifully executed food.
Favourite cafe?
Apple Butter in Covent Garden is exceptional. The dishes are creative and beautifully presented — just make sure you arrive early to avoid the queues!
What music are you listening to right now?
A mix of pop and EDM. I have pretty eclectic taste, but given the current state of the world, I’m drawn to uplifting artists like Sabrina Carpenter, Fred Again and Taylor Swift — their music offers a welcome escape from the chaos.
Favourite artwork in your home or favourite artist?
My home is filled with art, but my favourite pieces are by Australian artist Peter Watts. His landscapes and moody skies are absolutely captivating.
What is your favourite homewares brand?
I love Soho Home in the UK for its modern take on vintage styling. ZARA Home consistently impresses with its designer collaborations. For bedding, I gravitate towards Australian brands like Jardan and
L&M Home.
What is your favourite furniture piece at home?
My favourite piece would be a large rug by Designer Rugs in collaboration with Dinosaur Designs — it’s like having an abstract painting on the floor.
Which other interior designers and architects inspire you?
I’m lucky to have many inspiring friends in the industry. MIM Design, Greg Natale, and Bergman & Co each have very distinct styles, and I love watching how their work continues to evolve.
