What is your favourite meal to cook at home?
My own fusion version of an Italian Melanzane Ripieni (stuffed eggplant). OMG! Three different types of cheese and a mountain of fresh basil!
Where do you buy your clothes and what are your favourite clothing labels right now?
I love to shop in Florence, but when in Australia my favourite go-to’s are “et al” and “Scanlan & Theodore”. (In the image I am wearing Prada glasses, Scanlan & Theodore top, et al pants and heels from Florence!)

Where is your favourite place to dine?
You do realise I live in Melbourne and you’re asking for just one? Anything by Andrew McConnell. Gimlet is very special.

Favourite cafe?
Florian in Carlton.
What are you reading/listening to right now (book, podcast etc)?
I am doing a dive into my family military history. El Tigre is about my grandfather’s life in the Z Special forces during WWII. Vietnam by Paul Ham — my father was a contributor to both the war and the book.
What music are you listening to right now?
“Euphonic Traveller” — very chilled.
Favourite artwork in your home or favourite artist?
Ballooning Over the Elements by Svein Koningen, and super excited about a recent acquisition from Dave Kulesza, which will be delivered in about three weeks.
Do you have a favourite magazine/ online source?
Grand Designs, of course, and Archi Tonic.

What is your favourite homewares brand?
“Made in Japan” for the most unique crockery, and “Becker & Minty” for quirky finds.
What is your favourite furniture piece at home?
Franco Poli Loom chair. A stunning piece of strategically cut leather over a polished stainless-steel frame.

What other interior designers and architects inspire you?
Hands down the dream girl of this generation is Spanish-born Patricia Urquiola.
